Dr. Maxwell completed his diagnostic radiology residency at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, followed by an interventional radiology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in biochemistry from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Doctor of Medicine from the Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. His honors include selection to Radiology Business’s “Forty Under 40” and recognition as a “Top Doctor” by Rhode Island Monthly. He currently serves as the President of Rhode Island Medical Imaging after serving for two years as Vice President. He also serves as the Vice Chair of Interventional Radiology Strategy & Operations at Brown University Health.
