Take Route 95 North to exit 23 (Route 146 North)

Follow 146 North for 7.5 miles

Take exit for Route 116 (Lincoln, Smithfield)

At the bottom of the ramp take a left onto Route 116 North

At second light take a left onto Blackstone Valley Place

Turn right into parking lot for Lincoln Medical Center

Follow signs for the Lincoln Medical Center, Building 5

From South

Take 295 North to exit 9A (146 south via Eddie Dowling Highway)

Take exit for 116 North

At third light take left onto Blackstone Valley Place

Turn right into parking lot for Lincoln Medical Center

FROM NORTH

Take 295 South to exit 10 (Mendon Road)

At end of exit take a left onto Mendon Road
